{"id":334,"date":"2014-03-19T10:00:49","date_gmt":"2014-03-19T10:00:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rocksolidbizdevelopment.com\/ourblog\/?p=334"},"modified":"2025-07-01T17:20:24","modified_gmt":"2025-07-01T17:20:24","slug":"want-an-entangled-workforce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rocksolidbizdevelopment.com\/ourblog\/want-an-entangled-workforce\/","title":{"rendered":"Want an &#8220;entangled&#8221; workforce?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A lot has been written lately about companies developing an \u201cengaged\u201d workforce, meaning employees who are energized by their work and committed to helping the company achieve its goals.\u00a0 In fact, I blogged about becoming a \u201cwinning workplace\u201d a few months ago that touched on this subject.\u00a0 In their book, \u201cIt\u2019s My Company Too!\u00a0 How entangled companies move beyond employee engagement for remarkable results,\u201d authors Kenneth R. Thompson, Ramon L. Benedetto, and Thomas J.
